How do I track my order?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process, sometimes longer during peak season. Once processed and confirmed an estimated ship date will be provided. Times will vary when shipping by ground per your location. Keep in mind that the shipping time frames are not from the time of checkout but rather from the estimated ship date provided once your order is confirmed.



What are your delivery options?
  1. All items over $250.00 will be free ground shipping in the US.

  2. Items over $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

  3. Items under $250.00 will have a ground shipping and handling fee of $25.00.

  4. We ship to all 50 states in the US. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO's.


How do I return an item?

All items we sell are new, and never altered. Some are clearance items with minor defects and the price reflects these defects.. Due to the discounted price and restrictions All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.

Do you provide International delivery?

We do not at this time sell Internationally.I



What is your returns policy?

These are clearance items. The reduction in price has accounted for any minor imperfections such as loose or missing bead work etc. This sale is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.

Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations after you have submitted your order.  Please be sure to measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your own size. A measuring guide and size chart are provided as a reference to help you.
